(Maldives) Looking for a Pastry Chef for a 5* luxury resort. 

About the Role:
As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible to assist for the smooth operation of the Kitchen ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operation.

Responsibility: 
- Ensure that all bakeries and pastry dishes leaving the kitchen are of appropriate portion and presented as per recipes and presentation standards set by the Hotel.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- Create high quality and creative pastry products to satisfy the Guests needs
- Assist in the training of all employees in compliance of company procedures.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience with similar positions in a luxury hotel is preferred
